Want to feel healthier, fitter and generally happier? Then I highly recommend quitting sugar! I quit sugar about 5 months ago, and I have to say it is one of the best things I’ve ever done. It’s not by any means easy, in fact they say sugar can be as addictive as cocaine, which is actually really scary when you put it that way!
